Oracle has released Oracle Java 8u172, containing various security updates. We recommend customers update to the latest version of the software.

The Oracle April 2018 Critical Patch Update lists 9 security fixes that may affect server-side code. MyTimetable is built on Java technology and therefore we recommend pro-active installation of these updates.

The latest supported software versions can be found on our wiki which also has upgrade instructions for the various components.

Our support department can also take care of installing these updates on your acceptance and/or production environment. Updates of the production environments are implemented outside of office hours during a Friday night maintenance window. Please contact us through support@eveoh.nl if you would like us to install these updates in your environment.

Customers using MyTimetable managed hosting have already been updated to the latest version and do not need to take any action.
